ஐரோப்பாவில் அமைந்துள்ள நாடு செர்பியா. இந்நாட்டின் தலைநகர் பெல்கிரெட்டில் அந்நாட்டு நாடாளுமன்றம் அமைந்துள்ளது.

இந்நிலையில், அதிபர் அலெக்சாண்டருக்கு ஆதரவாக அந்நாட்டு நாடாளுமன்றம் அருகே கூடாரம் அமைக்கப்பட்டு சிலர் பேரணியில் ஈடுபட்டு வந்தனர். அந்த பகுதிக்கு இன்று வந்த சிலர் அங்கிருந்தவர்கள் மீது துப்பாக்கி சூடு தாக்குதல் நடத்தினர்.
